Hurries And Worries Of Christmas Shopping

Why is it that when you think you’re done buying Christmas presents for your families is when you -gasp- forgot ONE person? or two?  The conudrum of what to get to that person who has everything; that is also a dilemma.

As I am almost done with my Christmas shopping, I never get off my north-which is God, Jesus and Our Blessed Mother.  I am confused as to why so many religions don’t even bother to mention Mary; without Her, we would not have Her Son.  I take some time to thank them, and to give Them my worries and my stress.  It does feel good, especially at these hectic times where stores look miserable and turned upside down.

Wish Your Christmas Wish!

I did take the time to visit a Catholic store and find something for my brother; a St. Jude statue, a medal and a prayer card.  St. Jude has a strong bond with some members of my family.

I do have to admit that even though these times are hectic, we have come across some great deals, and have wised up about spending.  So far, the best website that is still working -I don’t know for how long- is bfads.net.

I certainly hope you are done with your Christmas shopping, that cookies are baked (or will be) for Santa Claus. Good deeds go a long way too, so try to do good little things for anybody. I bet if you tell your kids to do one good deed daily, they will get more presents from Santa!
