How Do You Like Me Now?
A commenter at Michelle Malkin’s blog posted this video and I thought it was very appropriate to post it here for all to see. Reality bites.
A Sign Of The Times? Lightning On The White House
The Almighty God has spoken. The end of times are near. Under the Obama administration, I expected nothing more than rainbows and unicorns. Maybe the seas would have parted as the prophet Moses asked God for one of the most incredible display of His power to save His people from being murdered by the Egyptians.
When I saw this I had a “shock and awe” moment. I could not believe it! The image that looks so dark, with the skies opening (below) for Easter evening’s spectacle is quite impressive. I wonder, W.W.O.D. (What Would Obama Do) if he was standing outside?
Now for the kicker: THAT is scary. Repent and convert President Obama, repent and convert; do this at least for the good of ”your” country. Oh and do not leave God out of any prayers, mhkay? He might be a bit offended by it. Example below:
Until, that is, the Thanksgiving Proclamation of 2009 — the first from President Barack Obama. After a passing reference to a George Washington quote (the first President had observed “by acknowledging with grateful hearts the many and signal favors of Almighty God,”) — that’s it. God does a vanishing act from the Obama Thanksgiving Proclamation. What Americans get instead are thanks to “Native Americans,” the fact that Americans “observe traditions from every culture,” must band together to be “serving our communities” and “have gratitude for all we have received in the past year; to express appreciation to those whose lives enrich our own; and to share our bounty with others.”

Julianne Moore Will Play Sarah Palin In HBO
Liberal heads will explode in 3, 2, 1…
This time Hollywood has taken notice of Governor Palin, and so far I don’t know how close the script will be based on the book, “Game Change” which covered the 2008 elections. “Game Change” was not 100% accurate with information about the campaign, as claimed by Palin.
So far, here are the details:
Oscar-nominated actress Julianne Moore will portray the former Alaska governor in the project, which will chronicle Palin’s burst into the national scene as a surprise vice presidential candidate in 2008. Directing Game Change is Jay Roach, director of the Meet the Parents movies as well as the HBO film Recount, which examined the aftermath of the 2000 presidential election with a focus on the Florida recount.
Game Change is based on Mark Halperin and John Heilemann’s book about the 2008 presidential elections and follows John McCain’s campaign from his selection of Palin as his running mate to their ultimate defeat in the general election.
Danny Strong, who previously wrote the Roach-directed Recount, penned the script for Game Change. Roach is executive producing, with Strong co-executive producing.
As soon as more information starts trickling in, I will post more details. Stay tuned.

Santorum Will Decide On 2012-Depending On Sarah
Rick Santorum is an overall good man, sincere, and with strong convictions. Unfortunately, I don’t think he has the gravitas to be a serious presidential contender (sorry can’t help myself pulling a Rove here.) Kidding aside, I do believe he’s really a great guy; I just don’t see when/where/how he got to the enlightenment that he can become our next President:
Via Cubachi:
Former US Senator Rick Santorum’s name was floated around as a potential presidential candidate for 2012. It’s no secret that Santorum is definitely interested in a run, especially when he has visited key battleground states such as Iowa, South Carolina, and Florida to name a few.
Santorum admitted to contemplating a run and announced that he will make his announce his decision in the next year.
“I’m getting here. I’m getting feelers on whether people think that what I’m saying, what I’m thinking, what I’m doing and what I’ve done is something they could get behind and be supportive of.”
He sure is working hard at it; unfortunately he lost in Pennsylvania. Now Santorum is really the candidate that details the general sentiment men in the GOP feel. Why all the guys are waiting for her to say anything about 2012? C’mon guys, the water is warm, jump in!
However, one reason may prevent him from running and/or winning the nomination. And her name is Sarah Palin. As Santorum is said to be a favorite among social conservatives, Palin quadruples the popularity among that group. He admits, if Palin runs for president, she’ll “take a lot of air out of the room, that’s for sure.“
“She is such a media star, I would think it’s hard for her to have normal interactions with voters. I have my own challenges and that’s getting the crowd. Her problem isn’t getting the crowd, it’s sort of having more real-time with people. I get plenty of real-time and that lower profile works for me in a way that I can go do things that are just going to be harder for her.”
Sorry Mr. Santorum, but Governor Palin has had interactions with voters ever since she was starting her political career in Alaska. I disagree with the “media star” statement too, because it really does not apply to her. It was applied to Obama ever since he pre-stumped with his first speech.

Julian Assange’s Interview With Forbes
How can a magazine interview one of the most volatile persons on the planet, that has shattered and revealed secrets from multiple countries? And we’re not talking about The National Enquirer; it’s Forbes. Follow the money, as some will say.
Admire him or revile him, WikiLeaks’ Julian Assange is the prophet of a coming age of involuntary transparency, the leader of an organization devoted to divulging the world’s secrets using technology unimagined a generation ago. Over the last year his information insurgency has dumped 76,000 secret Afghan war documents and another trove of 392,000 files from the Iraq war into the public domain–the largest classified military security breaches in history. Sunday, WikiLeaks made the first of 250,000 classified U.S. State Department cables public, offering an unprecedented view of how America’s top diplomats view enemies and friends alike.
Next goal: Takedown of Wall Street (Bank Of America is already saying “hey, it’s not me!,) carry on with his rape accusations, Ecuador wants to build him a cozy cottage, and People Magazine will surely catch on Assange’s fame to make them The Sexiest Person Of The Year to revamp Assange’s metrosexual looks. I won’t hold my breath if TIME goes ahead and crowns him Man Of The Year.
Update: YES, THEY ARE!
Assange’s exploits have cemented him as a candidate for TIME’s 2010 Person of the Year — so much so that past TIME 100 honores went out on a limb to explain why he was their choice. “For better or for worse, Julian Assange has changed the accessibility to knowledge of the two wars that involve the U.S., within a matter of months,” said Lauren Zalaznick, president of NBC Universal Women and Lifestyle Entertainment Networks. “He has also put journalistic integrity on a knife-blade edge: What is the responsibility of the journalist to make public or keep private?”
Now, on Ecuador. Niiice. Via RWDB (link above):
Never fear Lefties, a “progressive” state has offered Assange refuge:
An Ecuadorean minister has offered residence in his country to Julian Assange, the reclusive founder of WikiLeaks, without conditions.
“We are ready to give him residence in Ecuador, with no problems and no conditions,” Kintto Lucas, the deputy foreign minister, told the website Ecuadorinmediato on Monday.
“We are going to invite him to come to Ecuador so he can freely present the information he possesses and all the documentation, not just over the internet but in a variety of public forums.”
Does this sound familiar?
Too bad that Assange won’t negotiate with Obama:
You were interviewed this month by Chris Anderson at the TED conference, where you were given a standing ovation. But the Pentagon reportedly wants to question you about the documents you released on Afghanistan. Do you feel safe traveling in the U.S.?
Assange: It’s a free country, right? Wrong.
The West Wing Of The White House Covered With Tarp. Ramadan?
This image, courtesy of the Associated Press, is making the rounds, and nobody can figure out nor guess what is going on. Check it out. Some guess it’s because of Ramadan, or some other off-the-press activity. Awkward and weird indeed; not even for a wedding!
