Thou Protest Too Much, Or Progesterone Much?

Republican Congressman Jack Kingston (R) GA. was interviewed via radio on a show called “America’s Morning News”, and had a very strong opinion of Governor Palin “butting in” endorsing candidates on each state.  He claimed that what Sarah Palin is doing is in fact, dividing the GOP by picking candidates and that she should just stay out of it!  Now, wait a minute.  There have been state elections with endorsements from Newt Gingrich, Mike Huckabee and Mitt Romney.

What bothers Congressman Kingston, is that this Governor’s primary is so close yesterday (50%-49%) and this morning Deal won the primary and Handel conceded.  He endorsed Nathan Deal, because he’s worked closely with Newt Gingrich and Mike Huckabee, and in his opinion  is more conservative than the candidate that Governor Palin endorsed, Karen Handel.

Congressman Kingston believes that Sarah Palin picked Handel just because she’s a woman and it hurts Sarah Palin more than the candidates themselves.

What is your take on it?   In what way Governor Palin’s endorsements are hurting the Republican Party, when there are three potential presidential candidates for 2012 doing the same?  Sarah Palin has not endorsed all candidates based on gender, she does by what they stand for!  The last thing Sarah Palin is, is a feminist.

Men in the GOP have to allow women in the party; too much testosterone is blinding these men, and when push comes to shove, there’s little support for Governor Palin.  The top branch of the GOP, which is 99.99% men, must be pressed on this issue.   What is it about Sarah Palin that, after all that she’s been through since she was nominated, they have not said much?

Hey, If It Worked For Scott Brown, It Should Work For Me!

What happened to uniqueness, and authenticity?

Mr. Romney, with all due respect, you’ve been under the radar and pop up like a daisy once in a while.  But this?  Ride a pickup truck (used, presumably) to do some fund-raising?  Did Obama’s economy hit you really that bad?  Or are you trying to pull a Kerry and not pay taxes on a vehicle that suits you better than that?

I went over to HotAir to see what was up and I read that.  I have not grinned this much all week.  It made my day.  Conservatives keep mentioning that he’d not be a good choice for POTUS because of RomneyCare, his religion or his personal finances.  Frankly, he has a bigger issue to overcome and it’s that he does not speak up when Obama screws up.  Mitt Romney does not even put a presser criticizing the Obama administration.  He is a professional, overall good gentleman.  But on these hard times, we need warriors, people that speak up, are able to give it and take it-and give it back twice as hard.  Liberals want to pick our candidate for 2012; but it’s too soon to look that far ahead.
I have nothing against Mitt Romney’s Mormon religion-actually they are quite nice, family-oriented folks.  The fact that they have a totally different belief system falls under our 1st Amendment of the US Constitution.  I have nothing against his money.  He’s entitled to it.  I am just baffled that Mr. Romney (and so many of the Republican members of the party) are not doing the dirty deed, calling it as they see it nor team up with Governor Palin and are leaving her to be.
The best thing is, she does not need a linebacker.  She is actually, a team of ONE.
