Elian Gonzalez Resurfaces Again

I am astonished as how fast time travels by, how much Elian has grown (now he’s 16!), but his particular life circumstances were swept by a whole nation.  It is sad when children are used as pawns, as sob stories to advance a political agenda and to show some sort of “progress”, if you want to call it, of a political party or faction.
It is still very ingrained in all our memories how we “fought” against Cuba to keep Elian with his family in the US.  Of course, his biological father in Cuba came over and eventually took him away, back to Cuba.  Now he has a cushy position, and Elian, well…in indoctrination under a communist regime.
Fidel has Elian and his father very tightly controlled, not allowed to make any statements to international press. I remember vividly the video where Elian’s dad, who was under very high security here in the US, flipped us the bird. Yep, to America.  Now, there is a post by a commenter over at Breitbart  by “ThisManicMoment” that caught my eye.  Here’s his/her opinion below.  Who do you recognize here, that works directly with Obama?  Use one brain cell!

Let’s not forget that the THUG that has been appointed by the Bamster to be the Attorney General, was a U.S Attorney when the raid happened–and he was the ring leader. I am NO fan of Reno, but ERIC HOLDER ran this show. Exerpt from proceedings:

“Napolitano: Tell me, Mr. Holder, why did you not get a court order authorizing you to go in and get the boy?

Holder: Because we didn’t need a court order. INS can do this on its own.

Napolitano: You know that a court order would have given you the cloak of respectability to have seized the boy.

Holder: We didn’t need an order.

Napolitano: Then why did you ask the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals for such an order if you didn’t need one?

Holder: [Silence]

Napolitano: The fact is, for the first time in history you have taken a child from his residence at gunpoint to enforce your custody position, even though you did not have an order authorizing it.

Of course Ms. Napolitano has a big share of responsibility here.  Bill Clinton either wanted to look good, or was in a serious catch-22.  Our nation remembers the gunpoint trauma of Elian and his family, when they were taken away.  Watch below:
Notice that it’s April?  Coincidence?  I don’t think so!
