Resolutions, Schmetolutions
Hi!
After a brief health bug, I am starting to get gung-ho about 2010 personal resolutions…what’s yours? Of course, the classical stuff is gonna be here – then check out with me see if it will come to fruition, or I give up after 90 days.
Ok, here it goes:
- The classic “lose weight”. C’mon, being busy and all, it’s hard to get that metabolism going.
- Learn to play an instrument. Got it here, ready to go, this one I will take it easier since this requires even more discipline than losing weight. Besides, I don’t see myself performing gigs anywhere.
- Walk the dog more. Dumb, but I threw it in there because it’s another exercise I can perform, while the dog needs it too.
- Make overall improvements to this blog, fetch more news (a couple have come up recently and some blogger articles that have sparked my interest).
- MORE SARAH PALIN POSTS!
Via FOX News, I saw an interview with a Consumer Reports rep that was talking about weight loss resolutions, and there’s some that I had no clue existed: Online Personal Trainers. Some are free, there’s gotta be a catch somewhere. I am researching this as I type, I found a good one where it gave me some perspective as to what they offer. I searched online for that interview via YouTube and Fox News site, but it’s not uploaded as of yet. Bummer.
I ask you to Google or use your favorite search browser. and search for “Online Personal Trainers”. Some require a nice fee, some offer all-around diet, exercise and charts. There are Wii games out there, and I can attest to our success with P90X via Beachbody’s website.
Take your picks, do your best to stick to them, and good luck!
